Refund policy

Individual new items are eligible for return within 30 days.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you will be responsable for any return shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end.

Our bulk "PayWut" lots are sold as is and are not eligible for returns.

The purpose of these lots are to give you a great deal on mixed items. We filter out any items that are obviously used or damaged. Please check out the images and videos to get a better idea of what's in the lot. Some items will be new with tags and/or original packaging and others may be missing tags and packaging but checked for any issues.

All used and as-is items are not eligible for returns.

If an item is marked as-is or used it will not be returnable. Please pay attention to condition details and purchase accordingly. 

Online Purchase - Submit a Return Request:

1. Log in to your account here:

  • 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

You can contact us at happiness@paywut.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or you can create your own if you have a cheaper option). We will also send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Purchases -

Items purchased from a store must be returned to the same location it was purchased in.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
