The Build-Up Blocker Exfoliating Mask should be used pre-wash on either dry or damp hair. Apply enough product to lightly cover the scalp, massage with fingertips, and leave in for 3-5 minutes. Use 1-3 times per week.
The Root Purifier Shampoo can be used as frequently as you wash your hair. Massage a dollop into the scalp, then rinse with water. Repeat as needed.
Post-shower, shake the Stress Reliever Essence and apply directly to the scalp. Do not rinse. For best results, use daily.
